Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of Lawn Die® and are committed to your satisfaction. Lawn Die is backed by a 60-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, valid from the date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers:
This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in your Lawn Die® product when used under normal, intended conditions.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover:
Lawn Die® is not a weight-bearing product. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Standing or stepping on the game board.

• Placing heavy objects on or stacking items on top of the game board.

• Improper use, abuse, or neglect.

• Exposure to extreme elements outside intended recreational use.

How to File a Warranty Claim:
To request a warranty claim within 60 days of purchase, please provide:

• A copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation

• Clear photos showing the defect or damage

• A brief description of the issue

Please contact our customer service team at support@lawndie.com. Claims will be processed promptly, and if approved, we’ll repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Important Notes:
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. We reserve the right to determine whether damage is due to a defect or misuse.
