Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
Return Process

Email us at support@lawndie.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@lawndie.com.
